General information
Homies, please refer to more information about Fin here! You can click on the image to get the address of Fin's house
Check-in/check-out time at Fin
Check-in: 2:00 p.m., you can check in early if there are no previous tenants and remember to message Fin first.
Check out: 12:00, if you need to stay longer, please message Fin in advance. If there are no future tenants, you can stay extra for a fee of 10 USD/hour .

General rules
1. Fin would like to remind that if towels, bed sheets or other property are damaged by you, Fin will charge at market price.
2. Fin is equipped with external surveillance cameras and is under very strict local security control. If we detect that you have caused damage, vandalized property or committed a violation, we will ask that person to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
3. In addition, for security reasons, Fin installed cameras outside and in the living room, facing the door. These cameras are for security purposes only and will not violate your privacy.
Notes when staying at FinHome
Parking
Please park your motorbike at the parking lot about 10m from Fin.
Motorbike parking fee is 10,000 VND/entry or 20,000 VND/day and night.
Check-in instructions
You need to enter a code to open the door. This code will be sent to you by Fin on the morning of check-in, after Fin receives all your passport photos.
Fin is always ready to assist
If you need assistance or get lost, just text or call Fin at any time!
Clean the room weekly
If you stay with Fin for more than 7 days, Fin will change your bed sheets and clean your room once a week so you always have a clean and comfortable space.
Utilities available at FinHome
When staying at FinHome, Homies can use the following amenities for free
Kitchen area
Fin has fully prepared tools like a kitchen for the family. You can use kitchen utensils and cook. After using, remember to wash the tools and leave them as before!
Laundry area
You have laundry facilities at your convenience, including a washer, dryer, and dirty laundry basket, to serve your laundry needs. After use, remember to unplug and close the device!
Toilet area
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap are fully provided to help you relax in the most comfortable way while staying at Fin!
